A little inspiration I found today

I was watching some videos on you tube and found this one of Dr. Oz I found it very helpful and totally agree with everything he said.

My favorite quote he said "If it isn't easy to love your not going to stay on it" That is so true I have tried so many diets and always fell off them because I didn't like the diet. I love how he points out if it is easy to do then you are going to do it. I think that is why I have loved USANA.
